Why Join Us?
This is a unique opportunity to become the inaugural Site Manager of a brand new Compass School, helping to shape an exceptional learning environment from the first day that our pupils enter the school. We are looking for a Site Manager who sees beyond the bricks and mortar - and understands that a safe, well-maintained and welcoming environment can transform lives. As a valued member of our pioneering team, you will have the opportunity to establish systems, influence decision-making and play a key role in creating a school that reflects the highest standards of care, safety and excellence.
