This Privacy Notice is something that we are obliged to provide by law to tell you what we do with your personal data.

Applicant
You are receiving our Newsletter. We'll ask for your email address so you can be added to our subscription list. You can opt out from any email we send.
Online Events. When you register for one of our free events, we ask you to agree to the terms of how we'll process your personal data. Generally we store your name, email, and attendance record. The types of personal data we process are:

When we reach out about business development and sales, we rely on legitimate interests. We'll always respect requests not to contact you again and provide an unsubscribe option in every email.
When you sign up for an event we automatically add you to our newsletter under the "soft opt-in" permitted by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (2003). You can unsubscribe at any time.

How long do we hold your personal data for?
We follow a retention schedule. After 8 years we review the personal data we hold and decide whether to retain it further.
Data collected under contract is kept for the contract period, or until you ask us to delete it, or 8 years from last use — whichever is later.
Data from events is retained for up to 8 years from last use.
Sharing and Transferring your Data
We avoid sharing your personal data outside the European Economic Area unless required by a client, by law, or where processing will have equivalent security and safeguards.
