Early Years Educator Level 3

YMCA Trinity Group is looking for a enthusiastic and committed Early Years Educator to join our vibrant childcare setting in Lowestoft.

At YMCA Childcare, we have an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Educator to join our nurturing team, initially based within our 2–4-year-old room, helping children learn, grow, and thrive.

Are you excited about sparking curiosity, inspiring little imaginations, and helping children learn through play? We’re searching for a fun, creative Early Years Educator to join our cheerful, supportive team.

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the room and ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.

What You’ll Do:

•        Supporting the day-to-day running of the room

•        Providing high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS

•        Working as part of a friendly, experienced, and supportive team

•        Using your initiative while also taking direction when needed

•        Bringing creativity, vision, and enthusiasm to your practice

Are You the One We’re Looking For?

Can you…

•        Sing out of tune with confidence in a room full of giggling children?

•        Be a pirate on Monday and a doctor on Tuesday?

•        Dive into messy play with enthusiasm?

•        Recite The Very Hungry Caterpillar from memory?

•        Get genuinely excited about a child’s learning milestone?

•        Share ideas and bring them to life with your team?

If you said yes, we want to hear from you!
