Join Our Passionate Swim School Team – Level 2 Monday Swimming Teacher Wanted!

If you're a qualified STA or SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teacher who loves helping swimmers develop their skills and confidence, we'd love to hear from you. Join our friendly and expanding Swim School team in a part-time role on Monday afternoons (3:45 pm to 7:15 pm) and Wednesday afternoons (3:45pm to 6:15pm), with the potential for extra hours and additional teaching days as our programme grows.

At Aspire, our Swim School followings the Swim England Teaching Plan and teaches over 1,000 pupils – from beginners to more advanced swimmers. Our group sizes are deliberately small (6–8 children) so you can focus on quality teaching and individual progress. We also run rewarding one-to-one sessions for disabled swimmers.

As a Swimming Teacher, you’ll:

• Use your experience to deliver well-structured, engaging lessons
