In your application, you will need to evidence, using specific examples, how your skills and experience meet the criteria laid out in the person specification, within the job description attached. Requirements include:

  • Proven experience securing income within a charity or public sector fundraising environment.
  • Strong track record of developing successful trust and foundation applications and compelling cases for support.
  • Experience managing fundraising activity across multiple income streams.
  • Excellent written communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting staff, volunteers or junior fundraisers.
  • Experience using CRM systems and fundraising platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
