She is sociable, outgoing, and enjoys an active lifestyle, with a strong focus on building her independence. She loves spending time in the community, meeting people, and taking part in activities.

This is a rewarding 1:1 role where you'll support her to access the community, enjoy meaningful activities, and work towards her personal goals. You'll play an important part in helping her live a fulfilling life while promoting her confidence, wellbeing, and independence.

What We’re Looking For

You'll be confident supporting someone in the community, encouraging independence, and building a strong, trusting relationship. A flexible, resilient approach is important, along with the ability to remain calm and supportive when managing changes to plans or expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing 1:1 support at home and in the community.
  • Encouraging independence and supporting personal goals.
  • Supporting participation in social, leisure, and community activities.
  • Building a positive, engaging, and trusting relationship.
  • Helping to manage transitions and changes in routine.
  • Following care plans and support strategies.
  • Promoting safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns.

What We Offer

Alongside the satisfaction of making a real difference, you’ll receive:

  • Comprehensive induction and specialist training
  • Clear career progression opportunities
  • Employee benefits, lifestyle savings & wellbeing support
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme
  • Online counselling and GP access
  • Cycle‑to‑work and salary‑sacrifice schemes
  • Enhanced DBS provided

We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds. Diversity strengthens our team, and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

For this particular role, we are seeking a female Support Worker. This is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, due to the personal care needs of the individual being supported.

We are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults with care and support needs and expect all colleagues to share this commitment.

If you’re passionate about empowering others and ready to make a meaningful impact in specialist care, we’d love to hear from you.
