About Us:


Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) believes that children, young people and families can help shape better services through sharing their experiences, ideas and voices. This permanent CHSW role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference, creating meaningful ways for people to be heard and influence the support they receive. Working with partner organisations, the role will initially focus on building a strong partnership with Jessie May to help ensure family voices are at the heart of future developments.



What you'll be doing:


In this role, you will help establish and support Family and Children’s Advisory Boards, facilitate engagement activities and peer support opportunities, gather and present family feedback, and ensure that the experiences of children, young people and families directly inform service development, governance and strategic decision-making. 


This role will work from Home and the Local Hospice Site (nr Bristol, Barnstaple or St Austell), with travel across organisational sites and community locations as required
