Children’s Services Coordinator – Scotland (Dalleagles)

Part time 25 hours per week

Salary £18,200 PA (£14 per hr)

This is a key role supporting the delivery of our respite breaks, wellbeing programmes and outreach services, helping ensure everything is well organised and runs smoothly for the children and families we support.

You’ll coordinate services from referral through to delivery, managing bookings, logistics and communication, and working closely with families, referrers and the wider team.

A big part of the role is making sure everything is in place behind the scenes so services are safe, consistent and well prepared.

About you:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with families and partners
• Experience in coordination, administration or a similar role (ideally in a children’s, charity or care setting)
• Good attention to detail and able to manage accurate records
• A practical, can-do approach

This is a varied role where you’ll see the direct impact of your work in supporting the delivery of services.
