Shift Leader - The Shack

As a Shift Leader at the Shack, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Shack during your shift, ensuring the café runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by maintaining high standards of food, drink and service while creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Support, coach and coordinate Student Staff, helping them develop their skills and ensuring they can perform confidently in their roles.
• Take responsibility for operational standards, cash handling and health and safety while acting as the manager on duty.
