About this role
Senior mass participation new products officer
Location: Contracted to our Peterborough office with the flexibility for hybrid working
Salary £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Full time (37.5 hours per week)
Be a part of an energetic and vibrant team who are driven by the desire to improve the lives of people living with kidney disease. Our vision is the day when everyone lives free from kidney disease.
We're recruiting a senior mass participation new products officer to help shape the future of fundraising at Kidney Research UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative fundraiser to identify, develop and test new mass participation products that inspire supporters, grow engagement and generate income. Working within our Community & Events team, you'll turn ideas into reality – spotting trends, understanding supporter motivations and creating compelling new ways for people to support our work.
This role is all about innovation. You'll review our existing portfolio, identify gaps and opportunities, and lead the development of new fundraising products from concept through to pilot. Whether it's a new virtual challenge, an owned event, a supporter-led campaign or a completely fresh idea, you'll work with colleagues across marketing, data and digital to build propositions, test recruitment approaches and evaluate what has the greatest potential for long-term growth.
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking; someone who enjoys using insight, audience research and performance data to make confident decisions. If you're passionate about supporter engagement, love bringing new ideas to life and want the freedom to influence how a national charity grows its mass participation fundraising portfolio, we'd love to hear from you.
We operate a hybrid, flexible working style. The role is contracted to our Peterborough office, and flexibility is required to attend events and meetings.
If you are interested in the position, please complete the online application form and submit together with your CV.
We are committed to providing equal opportunities for everyone and encourage applications from all sections of the community.
