Retail Assistant - The Union Shop

The Union Shop team at KCLSU are looking for a Retail Assistant to play a key role in the store's day-to-day activity - supporting customers on the shopfloor, keeping displays and stock in shape, and working closely with our team to deliver a great in-store experience. As part of this, you will: 

• Provide excellent customer experience, backed up by a strong product knowledge and a positive, friendly attitude
• Actively contribute to the team's meeting of sales targets or key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support operational efficiency, including store cleanliness and organisation, and assisting with replenishment and deliveries
• Contribute to the wider team culture of positivity, efficiency and collaboration

To be eligible for this role, you must:

• Be an enrolled or incoming King's College London student 
• Be eligible to work in the UK, and provide proof of this (i.e. a passport / visa) when asked by KCLSU. Please note that KCLSU is unable to offer visa sponsorship 
• Have a National Insurance number, or be in the process of applying for one 
• Not be a trustee of King's College London Students' Union
• Be available to work during shop operating hours, Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm (with hours increasing during graduation periods).
