About The Role
Can you see beyond the vacancy and build a recruitment strategy that works?
At Compass Community, the people we recruit make a lasting difference across residential children’s homes, education and fostering. We’re looking for a Recruitment Partner who can work with service leaders to plan ahead, understand their hiring challenges and find the right people for their teams.
You’ll own recruitment for your allocated services, from agreeing workforce needs and priorities through to a new starter’s first day. You’ll use local labour market insight, pay and competitor bench-marking, and recruitment data to advise leaders on realistic hiring plans. Then you’ll put those plans into action through direct sourcing, talent pipelines, targeted campaigns and attending recruitment events.
You’ll also help hiring managers make timely, confident decisions while giving candidates a clear and positive experience throughout the process.
You’ll bring:

• Strong experience partnering with operational leaders on recruitment priorities.
• A track record of building and delivering proactive sourcing strategies.
• Confidence using market insight and data to shape decisions and improve results.
• The judgement to balance pace, quality and candidate experience.
• A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel to recruitment events and our services.
