Full-time permanent contract

Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £28,500pa starting salary, rising to £29,250 on successful completion of probation

Redwings Horse Sanctuary is looking for an organised, proactive HR Officer to join our busy People Team at our headquarters in Hapton, Norfolk, and support the delivery of an exceptional employee experience across our charity.

As our HR Officer, you'll be a key member of the People Team, providing comprehensive HR and recruitment support across the organisation. You will manage recruitment and onboarding activities, provide administrative to support to the People team, maintain employee records, support employee relations processes, coordinate learning and development activities, and help ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice. You'll act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees, delivering a professional, responsive and confidential HR service.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 3 qualified with solid experience of working within an HR, Recruitment or People function. You’ll have experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritise and manage a busy, varied workload.
