About this role
Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall are looking for four Community Navigators to join our team on a fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent subject to ongoing funding and business needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to support people affected by gaming and gambling-related harms, helping them improve their wellbeing, build independence and make positive, lasting changes to their lives.
Working alongside specialist treatment providers, you’ll deliver person-centred, non-clinical support while connecting clients to the wide range of services available at Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall. By providing access to expert advice on debt, benefits, housing, employment and energy, you’ll ensure clients receive tailored, holistic support that addresses the wider challenges they face.
