About the role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join Eastern Education Group as Chief Financial Officer, a key executive leadership position at the heart of one of the region’s most ambitious education organisations.

As a member of the senior executive team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the Group, ensuring long-term financial sustainability while helping to deliver outstanding educational outcomes for learners across all our institutions.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking executive leader who combines outstanding financial expertise with strong commercial acumen, strategic vision and a genuine commitment to education and public service.

You will have a recognised CCAB or equivalent accountancy qualification, strong financial planning, forecasting, modelling and scenario planning expertise and are committed to continuous improvement and organisational excellence.

We are particularly interested in individuals who have experience within the education sector and understand the opportunities and challenges facing modern education organisations. Knowledge of education funding and policy developments, alongside experience of leading major projects and managing diverse stakeholder groups, will be highly valued.
