Bank Domestic Assistant (Facilities Team)

JOB TITLE:  Bank Domestic Assistant

HOURS: 6 hours per week, plus ad-hoc where required 

SALARY: £12.71 per hour 

CLOSING DATE: Friday 21st August 2026

An exciting opportunity to join The Kirkwood’s housekeeping team who are looking for a Bank team member. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail and appreciation for housekeeping duties and an ability to use IT to complete some tasks and maintain systems.

The ideal candidate will have housekeeping experience and a positive attitude towards working within a team, with the ability to respect confidentiality and work with integrity and discretion at all times. Awareness of current health and safety legislation is desirable.

The Kirkwood provide specialist care, free of charge, to adults in Kirklees with advanced, progressive illnesses at any time from diagnosis to the end of life, respecting their individual needs and wishes. Care and support are also provided for their family members, friends, and carers, both during the illness and after death. Through education, training, and partnership with others, we improve care for everyone affected by a life limiting illness.
